Click Here to Create an Application This is where you will fill out the FACE New Member or Renew Application Form. You can pay for membership in two ways: 1. Pay Pal. Click the Create an Application link above and fill out the form. Click the Submit Application button. On the next window, click the appropriate PayPal link. You will be directed to fill out Pay Pal information. 2. Check: Click the Create an Application link above and fill out the form. Click the Print Form Link at the bottom of the page. Click the Submit Application button. Send the check and the form to the FACE Membership Chairman listed at the bottom of the Application.
